The Mystery Shopping Professionals Association is the international industry association for the Mystery Shopping industry. Through combined efforts and actions, member companies continually work to improve the quality of service provided in the industry, and the ethics that are followed.
MSPA Elite Membership recognises that not only do we operate in a professional, ethical and high quality way, but that we are significantly active in the UK and International Mystery Shopping industry, keeping up to date with approved training and sharing best practice and new ideas in order to elevate what we do for our clients.
