Seaton Jurassic is Devon Wildlife Trust’s flagship visitor centre. Customerwise helped the Trust to review and improve their visitor experience as a whole, looking at all relevant aspects of the centre including exhibit and themes, educational content and impact, staff interactions, and the centre’s catering and retail departments.
